Guests arrived at The Orange County Polo Club during golden hour to celebrate the opening of the venue to be used for intimate parties and weddings. Hors d’oeuvre stations were set up throughout the clubhouse including a Mediterranean Grazing Station, Charcuterie Tray, Grilled Marinated Vegetables, Saffron Tomato & Roasted Peach Bruschetta, Fresh Ricotta Dip, Caprese Skewers with Pesto & Basil, and Grape Tomato & Cremini Mushroom Truffle Bruschetta. Our bartenders were cracking open cold beers, uncorking refreshing wines and slinging Greyhound cocktails to welcome guests. As invitees were settling into the newly renovated, modern space, our servers were tray passing Cabernet Braised Short Rib Sliders and Brioche Box appetizers. Everyone was treated to a live polo match just before sunset and had fun cheering on their team before the evening concluded.
